Each women has her own journey, and the choices she makes are a testament to her strength and wisdom!
As a women, in Islamic religion you are free to choose the path you are taking regarding your education and career. It is advisable that you are independent of money, which is the fact that for the women, the man is advisable to take care of her. If she is not married, than her father, or brother. If the latest does not exist then, it is advisable the nearest of the family and kin. Is to be admired the islamic family, how people take care of each other, being their first support.
To not be mistaken, I admire, the women who work and also keep a healthy family. For myself I am a mom of 2 kids also, and I have done both! I have been raised by a working mom as well and had a great wonderful family. But in my journey, often my working environment was stressful so I felt so free and joyful when I had other days free apart from weekend. I could walk and play with my kids, do the homework, have a coffee time with them and do shopping while their father was at work. Of course we tend to do this together during the weekends, but being able to use the other days of the week was a profound joy, for me being always busy working during the day. Apart from this, institutions, banks and other places where I had to register my kids, do not work during the weekend, so I always was falling behind on completing other citizenship tasks. I did not even get to send my kid into the intended course after school, because I could not get spare time from work. On holidays, I was trying to finish house chores, or to do some family gathering... For a working mom is so chaos!!
Once day the agency where I was working as a AI developer, closed, and I was free! I enjoyed so much days on our yard, walking into the sun, finishing house works, and cooking for my own kids. They also notice my behavioral change and they love it. I was working from home, but again, the lack of time, to respond to them, and me being totally concentrated into the work, answering my boss questions, was something that they notice emotionally. The kids feel my emotional distance when I work.

So all of this made me think about the beautiful ruling of Islam, which gives the women the right to be stay at home mom, and to not work. At the other side does not prevent her from working when the man needs support.
Please bear in mind, those opinions come from me, as a very modern girl, educated with the latest degrees who has travelled the world. But I must admit, I love the freedom this gives me, when I do not have to work 8 hours per day! It is awesome.
Although I do work part time, about 3-4 hours a day, but what I am trying to express though this video, is the fact that Stay at Home moms are the ones working the most valuable business in the world, so Is not fair for the women to be struggling away from home also, for financial stability.
May God give all the opportunity to taste freedom, with a righteous man by their side, and have their own healthy families developed and enjoyed.
